About this program

A one-year master's (three semesters) for healthcare professionals moving into leadership, quality, or transformation roles, taught through intensive workshops. It covers four areas: evidence-based practice and research, health systems and policy, leading change and implementation science, and care quality and workforce development. Electives include innovation and entrepreneurship, data and project management, and advanced leadership through the business school.

The capstone is a portfolio of real workplace projects with measurable results, such as pilot projects and business cases. It is aimed at clinicians, administrators, and health entrepreneurs rather than new graduates, and it also sets up a PhD pathway through its research component.
