About this program

An eight-month coursework LLM (two semesters, 80 credit points) for law graduates only. Students can take electives broadly or concentrate in one of six areas: corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, international business and finance law, international commercial law and dispute resolution, family dispute resolution, or Canadian law and practice. There is no research thesis in the standard structure; it is a coursework degree.

Bond Juris Doctor graduates receive a 40 credit point exemption, halving the program. It suits practising or recently graduated lawyers who want a specialist credential quickly rather than a broad or research-based postgraduate qualification.
