About this program
An eight-subject LLM built for directors and senior managers, structured for part-time study over about 16 months through online modules and two-day intensive workshops at Bond's Brisbane campus. It is open to non-law graduates, who begin with Foundations of Enterprise Governance and Foundations of Enterprise Law before the specialist subjects covering ethics, commercial structures, strategy, risk, compliance, finance, tax and insolvency, privacy, consumer law, and IT law and cyber security.
Bond describes it as the only Australian LLM focused specifically on enterprise governance, oriented toward boardroom readiness rather than legal practice. Graduates receive an Advanced Credential in Enterprise Governance alongside the degree. It is aimed at experienced leaders, company officers and current or aspiring board members, and it is not a route to legal admission.
