About this program
The Master of Speech Pathology at Deakin University prepares students to work with people experiencing communication or swallowing difficulties, and with their carers, families and communities, across the lifespan. Co-designed with people with disability, carers and advocates, the course has a distinct focus on disability-informed practice alongside its clinical placements and coursework.

To be considered for admission to this degree you will need to meet the following criteria: bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. linguistics, biomedicine, health science); an undergraduate-level (AQF level 7) unit in human anatomy and physiology equivalent to HBS109 Introduction to Anatomy and Physiology.
