About this program
Greenwich College's Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB60420) is pitched at experienced managers and senior team leaders who want to formalise strategic-level leadership skills rather than frontline supervisory ones. The course develops the recruitment, training and team-shaping capabilities needed to run a department, division or whole organisation, alongside strategic planning and organisational performance skills.
Applicants need either a completed Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package (current or a superseded equivalent version), or two years of full-time equivalent workplace experience in an operational or leadership role. Greenwich runs the 72-week course across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, face to face and online, with up to 10 hours a week of optional learning support.
Graduates typically step into senior manager, operations manager, business manager, general manager (small to medium enterprise) or executive manager roles.
