About this program
This diploma teaches project management as a set of applied tools rather than a body of theory. Students work through a project life cycle end to end (scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communication, close-out) using templates and documentation styles drawn from real workplace project files rather than textbook case studies.
It's a shorter, more focused qualification than Greenwich's general business diploma, and it attracts a slightly different student: people who already have a rough sense of which industry they want to work in (construction, IT, events, government) and want the credential and the practical toolkit specifically, rather than a broad business grounding. The compact structure also makes it one of the faster diploma options on Greenwich's timetable.
Completion carries credit into partner university business or management degrees, and graduates commonly move into project coordinator or project officer roles as a stepping stone toward full project manager positions later.
