About this program
Greenwich College's Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50420) develops the advanced planning, organising, implementing and monitoring skills needed to run a team successfully, aimed at emerging leaders and current team leaders formalising their skills regardless of prior background or field. It's a step up from supervisory-level training toward coordinator, supervisor or manager-level responsibility.
Entry requires completion of Year 10 (or overseas equivalent). Greenwich delivers the 52-week course across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, face to face and online, with real-world case studies and optional weekly learning support.
Graduates typically move into team leader, supervisor, operations supervisor, business coordinator or project team leader roles.
