About this program

Greenwich College's Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422) is aimed at students already working in hospitality (cafes, restaurants, hotels) who want to move into supervisory or management roles, as well as people starting a structured pathway into the industry. The course covers managing budgets and physical assets, leading and rostering staff, monitoring work operations, handling legal risk and compliance, and building customer service and business relationship skills, alongside hands-on food preparation and cookery electives.

Entry requires completion of Year 10 (or equivalent) and the Certificate IV in Kitchen Management. Greenwich delivers the 26-week course across Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Perth and Brisbane, face to face and online.
