About this program
Greenwich College's Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (BSB80120) is a VET qualification delivered under the nationally recognised BSB Training Package rather than a higher-education award, despite the "Graduate Diploma" title. It's aimed at leaders and managers who need to build flexibility and adaptability into their practice, with a specific focus on organisational learning and development strategy, strategic transformation and innovative leadership thinking.
Entry requires completion of Year 12 (or overseas equivalent) at minimum, plus either completion of an AQF level 5 (Diploma-level) qualification in Australia or overseas, or at least one year of full-time equivalent relevant workplace experience in an operational, leadership or management role. Greenwich delivers the 68-week course across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane, face to face and online.
Graduates typically move into operations manager, business manager, team leader/supervisor, project manager or department manager roles.
