About this program

The Graduate Diploma of Health Research at Griffith University provides an alternative route into a PhD or MPhil for students who do not meet the requirements for direct admission. Students undertake advanced study and supervised research work in the health discipline defined by their undergraduate degree, and in the coursework component critically evaluate research and develop knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and research proposal design. On completion, and subject to meeting the confirmation requirements, students are granted admission to an MPhil or PhD, with the final grade determining which. It runs one year full-time.
