About this program
The Graduate Certificate of Laws provides focused foundational knowledge and skills training for non-lawyers. It will prepare you for further postgraduate study in law (via relevant pathways into the Juris Doctor) in addition to building skills relevant to current work environments. The course emphasises critical thinking, research, analytical and judgement skills, as well as further developing the capacity to work in a self-directed way, thereby enhancing your ability to study at postgraduate level and deal with real-world legal and policy challenges.
