Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics

Monash University, Melbourne, VIC, Australia

About this program

The Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics is a three-year degree that sits at the intersection of three disciplines, designed for students who want to turn big ideas into tangible results. Students engage with researchers and industry leaders, applying abstract knowledge from political science, philosophy and economics to pressing real-world problems, and graduate as informed thinkers with a job-ready skill set in analysis, argument and evidence. The course is taught on campus and can be combined with other Monash degrees in double-degree form. Graduates work in public policy and government, diplomacy and international organisations, research and think tanks, economic and political analysis, journalism, consulting and the not-for-profit sector.
