About this program
Students who achieve strong results in the Bachelor of Criminology may be eligible to undertake Honours in Criminology, an additional year of study that builds on the undergraduate course. Working with an academic supervisor, honours students complete an intensive research project on a topic of their choice and develop research skills further through an advanced research skills unit and additional coursework. The course is offered at Murdoch University's Perth campus, with face to face, online and mixed mode attendance options depending on the teaching period.

Admissions
Completion of a Bachelor Degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent in the same discipline or cognate area with a Distinction average; subject to availability of a suitable supervisor and approval by the Dean of the School. Students interested in Honours enrolment are advised to contact the Law School Office before application to discuss supervision of their potential research.
