About this program
The combined Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Clinical Chiropractic is Western Australia's only fully accredited chiropractic program, offering a pathway to registration as a chiropractor. The degree combines evidence-based learning, hands-on experience, and supervised clinical placements. Students first study health science fundamentals, including anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and human movement, before progressing into the Master of Clinical Chiropractic, where they work with patients in Murdoch's on-campus chiropractic clinic and on industry placements. The course builds understanding of the spine and musculoskeletal system, including how to assess, diagnose, and manage pain and disability, and includes a major in Movement Science covering biomechanics, exercise physiology, and human movement. Graduates gain the scientific knowledge, professional skills, and practical experience needed for registration and independent practice as a chiropractor. The program is delivered by Murdoch University in Western Australia.

Admissions
A minimum ATAR (or equivalent selection rank) of 70 is required for direct entry, or an International Baccalaureate Diploma total score of 24 or higher. Applicants who do not meet this can gain entry via Murdoch's foundation, bridging and enabling pathway programs, or via recognised prior study, VET qualifications or relevant work experience assessed case by case.
