About this program
The Diploma of Photography and Digital Imaging at RMIT University is a practical, industry-led course that helps students develop their artistic practice and hone their photography skills across commercial, advertising, documentary, editorial, institutional and fine art photography. Students learn to interpret assignment briefs, consult with clients to refine objectives, select appropriate tools including cameras, recording media, lighting and post-capture processing, work from a studio or on location, and use aesthetic, conceptual, compositional and technical skills along with traditional and contemporary technologies.
