The Diploma of Conveyancing (Law and Practice) is a fantastic opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills needed for a career as a paralegal or conveyancer. It also offers a solid foundation in legal principles and the academic skills needed to pursue further legal studies. Students gain foundational knowledge about conveyancing law and practice in the Australian legal system and develop skills in legal research and writing, and an understanding of key legal principles. Graduates are ideally suited for work in conveyancing and law firms which employ licenced conveyancers. Graduates may also use the Diploma as an entry pathway to degrees such as the Associate Degree of Law (Paralegal Studies) or the Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies.

ATAR: 45. To be eligible to receive the Diploma of Conveyancing (Law and Practice), students must complete the equivalent of 8 units (96 credit points) comprising: 7 core units (84 credit points) 1 option unit (12 credit points)
