About this program
The degree runs eight common core subjects, 15 fashion-specialised subjects and one elective over three years, structured around building and running a fashion brand rather than fashion design alone: garment construction and draping sit alongside enterprise management systems, fashion buying and merchandise planning, and brand development subjects.
Students move through fashion illustration, technical drawing and shape/form fundamentals in year one, into international fashion systems, digital print design and advanced draping in year two, before a final year built around Collection Design, a professional folio and a Branded Fashion Production capstone. A 300-hour Work Integrated Learning subject sits alongside the design work.
Delivered on campus at Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and online, 3 years full time or up to 6 years part time.

Successful completion of at least 0.25 EFTSL at AQF level 6 or 0.5 EFTSL at AQF level 5 or above, or equivalent; OR an Australian secondary school certificate, equivalent Senior Secondary qualification, or Baccalaureate Diploma
