About this program

Notre Dame's standard-entry undergraduate LLB, distinct from the graduate-entry JD, is usually taken as a combined degree (Arts/Law and Commerce/Law are the common pairings) across four to five years depending on the combination. It covers the same Priestley 11 core required for practice, delivered in smaller classes than the large capital-city law schools, with the same values-based ethics emphasis that runs through Notre Dame's law teaching generally.

Clinical legal education and mooting programs give students supervised practical exposure before graduation, and the smaller cohort size means more direct access to teaching staff for mooting coaching and clinic supervision than at higher-enrolment law schools.
