About this program
The Graduate Diploma of Computer Science is a one-year postgraduate program at UQ's St Lucia campus for computing professionals who want to upgrade or deepen their knowledge of rapidly evolving technologies. It is designed for applicants with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, who choose from a range of computer science courses, up to and including an advanced research project at master's level, taught by internationally recognised lecturers, industry professionals and researchers. It can lead into the Master of Computer Science. Graduates advance in software engineering, systems, data and research roles.
