About this program
The Graduate Diploma in Business Law at the University of Sydney is a six-month postgraduate coursework graduate diploma. If students need to acquire specialist legal expertise in commercial, corporate and taxation law, then the new Graduate Diploma in Business Law can meet their professional and academic requirements. Students are able to choose units of study from a wide range of relevant electives on offer. Students without a law degree must also complete the unit of study, Legal Reasoning & the Common Law System. Students can select from over 70 units of study, one of the largest collections for a single degree within the University of Sydney Law School's postgraduate program. Students can start off with a number of fundamental or introductory units of study, suitable if students have no prior legal knowledge.
