Admissions
Admission to candidature for the Master of Economic Analysis requires: a bachelor's degree from the University of Sydney, including a major in Economics with a minimum high distinction (85%) average, or an equivalent qualification; or completion of the embedded Graduate Certificate in Economic Analysis or Graduate Diploma in Economic Analysis with a minimum distinction (75%) average, or an equivalent qualification. If you do not meet the requirements listed above for direct entry to the Master’s degree, you may be able to enter via a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in the same subject area and upgrade to the Master’s after successful completion of the shorter course with the relevant minimum average mark.
