About this program
The Bachelor of Engineering Science at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a three-year degree building foundations in mathematics, physics and engineering systems. It is 144 credit points, made up of a 42 credit point core including a project subject, an 84 credit point major, and 18 credit points of electives.
Students choose a major on admission, with the option of a flexible major that is settled by the end of first year. The degree suits students preparing for further engineering study or technical roles that do not require the accredited honours pathway. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
