About this program
The Graduate Certificate in Good Manufacturing Practice at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is a 24 credit point course covering regulation and compliance, product development and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. UTS delivers it with SeerPharma, an industry provider of technical compliance and quality assurance training, so the teaching is practice-based and current.
The course is aimed at people already working in or entering pharmaceutical manufacturing who need a recognised qualification, and can be completed in one semester full-time. It is the only course of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region and articulates into the UTS Graduate Diploma and Master of Good Manufacturing Practice.

Admissions
Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, in a related field of study with a minimum GPA of 5/7 OR Completed Australian bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or overseas equivalent, in a related field of study AND A minimum of 2 years full-time, or equivalent part-time, relevant professional work experience AND Communication skills, interpersonal skills, an interest in an industry where good manufacturing practices are involved, and a commitment to good manufacturing practice as a career, assessed through an interview by the faculty.
