About this program
The Master of International Commercial and Business Law at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is open to both law and non-law professionals. Four core subjects cover contemporary business law, securities law and taxation, including consumer protection, business structures, competition law and intellectual property. Students then choose four options subjects such as contracts administration, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Study can be completed in one year, with online and in-person classes. Graduates work in cross-border commercial, trade and advisory roles. English requirements are IELTS Academic 7.0 overall.
