About this program
The Master of Legal Studies at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) is for professionals who want a deeper understanding of Australian law without qualifying as a lawyer. Students complete core subjects in law foundations and areas such as administrative, constitutional and criminal law, then choose options subjects including animal law, commercial equity and environmental law.
Study is flexible, online or in person, over two years full-time or four years part-time. Graduates apply legal knowledge in policy, compliance and management roles across their industry. English requirements are IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing.
