University of Wollongong, Wollongong, NSW, Australia

About this program

Psychology at the University of Wollongong is the scientific study of the human mind and its functions and how this influences behaviour, with psychologists using research findings to help understand who we are and how we think, feel, act and change, and to promote wellbeing and understand psychological problems. The undergraduate psychology degree is the first stage of the qualification required to work as a professional psychologist, though this degree alone does not qualify graduates to practise. Graduates continue to accredited postgraduate study or work in research, human resources, health and community roles.
