About this program

The Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong prepares graduates to be professional dietitian-nutritionists who apply the science of food and nutrition to promote health, prevent and treat disease, and optimise the health of individuals, groups and communities. Students study medical nutrition therapy, translating the science of nutrition into personalised dietary advice, and are prepared to work in community and public health nutrition, clinical dietetics, food service management and research. The course is accredited. Graduates work as dietitians across hospitals, private practice, community health and industry.
