About this program
The Bachelor of Psychological Science is an accredited three-year degree in the science of human behaviour and mental processes, covering biological, cognitive, developmental, social, forensic and abnormal psychology along with research methods and statistics. Students gain practical experience applying psychological principles to personal, social and global issues, and can add an optional major to broaden their career options. The degree is delivered face to face at the Kensington campus with Term 1 and Term 3 entry, and is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council as the first stage toward professional registration. Graduates work in research, human resources, market and social research, health and community services, and policy, or continue to honours and postgraduate training to practise as a psychologist.
