Bachelor of Event Management (Diploma to Degree Pathway)
William Angliss Institute, Melbourne, VIC, Australia
About this program
This is a packaged pathway course, not a standalone direct-entry bachelor's degree: students complete the Diploma of Event Management (SIT50322) in Year 1, then articulate directly into Year 2 and Year 3 of the Bachelor of Event Management, graduating with both qualifications after three years total. The diploma year covers hands-on event operations, coordinating real events and industry placement opportunities, while the degree years build strategic and management-level skills, including business events, digital event design and major events and logistics, supported by field trips to festivals, business events and hotel conference venues. Angliss's strong industry connections give students the chance to work on real projects and take on meaningful roles with leading organisations while building their professional network.

On STSOL, supporting the 190 and 491, not the 189 on its own. A weaker migration pathway than the technical fields; regional employment and nomination matter more here. Also on CSOL, additionally supporting the employer-sponsored 482 and 186.

Admissions
Eligibility for entry can be demonstrated by ATAR score, previous study, work experience and other factors, per William Angliss Institute's Higher Education Admissions Transparency policy. Because this is the Diploma-to-Degree Pathway course, the first year of study is delivered as the Diploma of Event Management, so the practical entry bar is the same as for that VET diploma: an Australian Year 12 qualification with satisfactory results and attendance, or equivalent, per the Institute's international entry-requirements page.
