About this program
A two-year accelerated degree (six semesters) covering construction technology, site management, contract administration, building measurement, tendering and finance, project delivery systems, and risk management. First year pairs introductory construction subjects with Bond's core subjects; second year works through the professional subjects and ends with an industry-based capstone project.
The degree carries a strong set of accreditations: the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and it meets the education requirement for a Queensland Open Builders Licence.
