Graduate Certificate in Construction Practice
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
A four-subject graduate certificate, one semester, drawn from the early subjects of Bond's Master of Construction Practice: building structures, construction technology, contract administration, building measurement and cost planning. It is open to graduates from both construction and non-construction backgrounds and articulates with full credit into the Graduate Diploma and then the Master of Construction Practice, which carries recognition from the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It suits people moving into construction or project management who want a short entry qualification, or a staged, lower-commitment route into the master's.
