About this program

A four-subject graduate certificate, one semester, drawn from Bond's Master of Valuation and Property Development: property finance, feasibility analysis, property law and valuation and market analysis. The full master's is accredited by the Australian Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland and supports the pathway to registration as a valuer; the certificate is a first step and does not itself confer registration. The subjects are credited in full toward the Graduate Diploma and master's. It suits people entering property from finance, law or another field, or staff in property who want to formalise their skills in stages.
