About this program

The middle qualification in Bond's building surveying pathway, about a year part-time, building on the graduate certificate with further subjects in the building code, fire engineering, certification and construction practice. It is designed around full-time work and taught by practitioners in small classes, and articulates with full credit into the Master of Building Surveying. The pathway as a whole, which is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, supports progression toward working as an accredited building certifier in Australia. It suits people in construction or local government building on the certificate toward a full surveying qualification and certifier registration.
