About this program

An eight-subject graduate diploma, about two semesters, between the Graduate Certificate and the Master of Construction Practice. It extends the certificate with subjects in project management, plant and equipment, and cost planning, and is open to graduates from construction and non-construction backgrounds. All subjects are credited in full toward the master's, which is recognised by the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Building and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. It suits people moving into construction or quantity surveying who want more than the certificate but a staged route to the full degree.
