Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
An eight-subject graduate diploma, about two semesters, sitting between the Graduate Certificate and the Master of Valuation and Property Development. It extends the certificate with subjects in property portfolio management, risk, property taxation and either valuation or city planning electives. The full master's is accredited by the Australian Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland and supports the pathway to registration as a valuer; the diploma is an intermediate step. All subjects are credited in full toward the master's. It suits people entering property from another field, or property staff formalising their skills in stages.
