Master of Valuation and Property Development
Bond University, Gold Coast, QLD, Australia
About this program
A four-semester master's (about 16 months), also available part-time, covering property finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk, feasibility analysis, property law, and valuation and market analysis, with electives that lean toward either property valuation or city planning.
It is accredited by the Australian Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland, so it supports the pathway toward registration as a valuer. Classes are taught in Bond's Built Environment Precinct, which includes Australia's first 6-Star Green Star education building. The degree is designed both for people already working in property who want to formalise and extend their skills and for graduates moving in from finance, law or another field, with graduates working in valuation, investment, asset management and property research.
