About this program
The work-integrated learning version of Bond's Master of Valuation and Property Development. The coursework is the same, covering property finance and taxation, corporate portfolio management, risk, feasibility analysis, property law, and valuation and market analysis, with electives leaning toward either valuation or city planning, and it carries the same accreditation from the Australian Property Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland. The Professional version adds a compulsory 20-week Work Integrated Learning component in the final semester, a supervised placement in an Australian property organisation plus a professional portfolio, taken after coursework, adding about one semester. It is open to international students only; domestic students take the standard degree. It suits students on the pathway toward registration as a valuer who want Australian industry experience in the qualification.
