About this program

The Graduate Diploma of Construction Management at Deakin University is a one-year postgraduate course for graduates with a built environment degree, or graduates of other disciplines with construction experience, who want to move into construction management. The course takes a case-based approach that combines theory with practice, and students work in a multidisciplinary context covering construction management, quantity surveying, building information modelling and project delivery. It provides a pathway into the Master of Construction Management. Graduates work as construction managers, project managers, contract administrators and estimators.
