Admissions
Applicants need a fourth year qualification in an accredited psychology course, and must submit a CV, a covering letter and two independently submitted references to meet Australian Psychology Accreditation Council requirements. Applicants with overseas qualifications must have their psychology qualification assessed by the Australian Psychological Society as equivalent to an APAC accredited Level 2 qualification. Short listed candidates complete a selection interview, in person or by teleconference. Academic admission requirements (Band 7) may be satisfied through completion of one of the following: a bachelor honours degree in a cognate discipline, or, where accepted, equivalent prior learning including at least five years of relevant professional experience.
