About this program

Griffith's Master of Clinical Psychology is a 160-credit-point degree, two years full-time, taught at the Gold Coast and Brisbane South. It combines coursework and applied research with more than 1000 hours of professional placement in Griffith clinics and partner organisations, including rural and regional settings, developing expertise in assessment, diagnosis, formulation and intervention and in managing therapeutic caseloads individually and in groups. Entry is an accredited fourth-year psychology qualification with honours, provisional registration and an interview, and IELTS 7.0. The degree is accredited by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council. Graduates work in government health services, child and youth mental health, hospitals, private practice, corrections and education. Indicative international tuition is around A$37,500 per year.
