Master of Business Analytics
Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, VIC, Australia
About this program
The Master of Business Analytics teaches students to analyse data across IT, finance, marketing and business functions and turn it into insight-driven decisions, aimed at students moving from an undergraduate business or IT background into a specialist analytics career. It differs from MIT's Master of Data Analytics in its heavier business-application focus (business intelligence, digital supply chain management, digital marketing analytics) rather than that degree's deeper IT/data-science core, confirming the two are genuinely distinct rather than duplicate offerings.
Students complete a mandatory Research Project for Analytic Professionals followed by a Business Analytics Capstone Project working with a real industry client. Offered from the Sydney and Melbourne campuses across three intakes a year.
