Monash's Diploma of Higher Education is an alternative entry pathway for students who want to study arts, education, learning design and technology or science at Monash but don't quite meet standard entry requirements, whether due to a missed prerequisite like mathematics, educational disadvantage, or returning to study after time away. Students select a stream matching their intended degree and begin studying toward that Monash qualification from day one, with successful completion providing direct entry into second year of the specified bachelor's degree rather than starting over. - The course comprises 48 points structured into two parts: Part A. Foundation studies (12 points) and Part B. Discipline studies (36 points) from your chosen stream of study. Units are 6 points unless otherwise stated. Part A.
