About this program
Monash's Graduate Certificate of Counselling gives working professionals a fast, focused introduction to counselling theory and skills without the multi-year commitment of a full counselling master's degree. Designed by educators with backgrounds as practising counsellors and psychologists, the course works through lifespan development, evidence-based approaches to positive change and coping, the ethics of counselling practice, and foundational interviewing skills applied across diverse client contexts.
