About this program
QUT's Master of Clinical Psychology is a two-year degree in the Faculty of Health, taught at the Brisbane campuses with supervised clinical placements. It is an accredited postgraduate program that prepares provisionally registered psychologists for clinical practice across the lifespan, using an integrative approach to assessment and therapy. Graduates work as clinical psychologists in public and private mental health services and in health research.
The course takes 2 years of full-time study. The English language requirement is IELTS 7 overall, no band below 7.0. Admission: A recognised completed psychology honours or 4-year bachelor degree (or higher) in psychology completed within the last 10 years, with a minimum fourth-year psychology units GPA of 6.00 (on QUT's 7 point scale).
