About this program

The Master of Counselling at QUT is designed for professionals from a variety of settings who want to develop advanced knowledge and skills in counselling and professional supervision. It takes an applied, transformational and experiential focus, with an emphasis on solution-focused and narrative therapies, family therapy, group work and supervision, and students work with real clients under supervision at QUT Health Clinics. The course is accredited by the Australian Counselling Association. Graduates work as counsellors and clinical supervisors across health, community, education and private practice settings.
