Admissions
The Master of Property is a 300-point (3-year) course, however if you have completed previous study in this discipline, you may be eligible for up to 100 points of credit (2-year course option). To be considered for entry into the 200-point (2-year) course option, you must: Have a bachelor degree (AQF7) in a cognate (relevant) discipline, with a weighted average mark of at least 65%, or equivalent. Cognate (relevant) disciplines include: Property, construction, or business.
