About this program
The Master of Architecture combines creative design processes and technical skills with an understanding of human, cultural and environmental issues, mapped to the Australian National Standard of Competency for Architects. The program is centred on socio-spatial design studios, technology-in-practice placements with professional partners under the supervision of a Registered Architect, and creative-practice architectural research. It is accredited nationally through the process run by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) and the relevant state-based Architects Board, giving graduates global professional recognition as an architect.

Admissions
Applicants must hold a recognised Australian or international Bachelor-level degree in Architecture or equivalent. The application process includes an interview based on a portfolio of Bachelor-level work and may include relevant professional work. Advanced standing or recognition of prior learning may be available by application to the Dean or delegate.
