Course structure
- This is an 8-unit program built from three course groups: 2 units of core study in Contemporary Urbanism
- 2 units chosen from development courses such as Foundations of Sustainable Development or Global South Cities: Development Planning Theory and Practice
- and 4 units of design studio courses such as Masterclass, Urban Design: Urban Futures, or Urban Design: Responsive Environments

Admissions
To be eligible for entry, you'll need a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as architecture, architectural design, design, landscape architecture, planning, regional and town planning, or urban planning, or a graduate certificate, graduate diploma or master's degree in a relevant discipline. You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 on a 7-point scale in your previous qualification. International students can commence full-time study in Semester 2 only.
