About this program
The Master of Business Psychology is a postgraduate program at UQ's St Lucia campus for professionals who want to apply psychological principles to leadership, performance and collaboration in the workplace, without seeking registration as a psychologist. It is open to students with or without a psychology background, and translates psychological insight into practical business outcomes, with coursework developed in partnership with UQ's Business School. Graduates work in organisational development, people and culture, leadership development, change management and consulting.

Admissions
To be eligible for entry, you'll need: a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in psychology, or the Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology from UQ. You must have a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 on a 7-point scale in your previous qualification.
