About this program
The Bachelor of Economics (Honours) at the University of Sydney is a one-year, full-time qualification for high-achieving economics graduates who want to develop research skills in economics or econometrics before entering the profession or pursuing a PhD. Students complete five honours-level coursework units extending their undergraduate knowledge, alongside a supervised, independent research project culminating in a thesis of around 15,000 words.
